Smart Swing Solutions, Melrose
Just completed the logo files for the new Smart Swing Solutions project. A range of different logo ideas were formulated around the curve of a golf swing, the shadow cast on the dimples on the surface of a golf ball, as well as a few concepts based purely on font selection. This logo (with the clearly recognisable outline of a professional golfer in mid swing) was chosen because of the immediate visual impact and the curve of the rising ball underlining the text. Onto the site design now.

Palmer Campbell website design
Palmer Campbell, Melrose
Scottish Borders Website Design started this project with the design of a new logo for the newly formed property and renovation specialists. “Crisp, clear and refined” was the brief for the logo, and that needed to carry through to the new site design too. The photos of the recently renovated properties clearly showed the style, finesse, elegance and attention to detail inherent in the work of Palmer Campbell. As a result, photos of the range of renovation work and property types feature across the whole site, instantly showcasing the level of service and skill provided.

Some logos are more complex than others, with several colours and/or an icon that visually relates to a core service. The brief for the Palmer Campbell logo was to keep it clean, crisp and refined.
Rosie Sugden website design
Rosie Sugden, Melrose
After completing the logo design for Rosie Sugden, Scottish Borders Website Design moved onto the design and build of her new online shop. As with the logo, Rosie had a very specific look and feel in mind for the site design, and the way in which she wanted to promote and sell her luxurious cashmere accessories online. The clean, crisp and stylish site launched today, and the feedback from Rosie? “I am so happy with it all and it has been very easy working with you so thank you very much for everything you have done.”

As a fashion designer Rosie knew exactly what she wanted for her new logo design: simplicity, style and elegance, all brought together by precise font selection and the most delicate modifications to letter and line spacing. Rosie’s feedback on font selection: “I love them”.
